Payment/Refund Policy
Entry fees are non refundable and considered a tax deductible donation to local nonprofit organizations supported by this event!
This event is 100% non-profit and put on entirely by volunteer efforts and sponsorship support. Any proceeds left over after covering the cost and overhead of the event and maintaining supplies and equipment needed for continuation of the event is donated to local youth focused and/or outdoor charity organizations.
If a participant drops from the event or is not going to participate their spot including their Jersey and Swag Bag will be forfeit and used to accommodate those on the waiting list or late entries to the event on race day.
If the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks from it's scheduled date Swag will be available for pickup only (no shipping or delivery). Location to be determined on a case by case basis.
